Order Cancellation Policy

• Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us at fragrancegallerylabofficial@gmail.com or contacting us on WhatsApp.

• After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled.

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or leaked item.

  • You received an incorrect item.

• To initiate a return, please send photo or video proof of the damaged/incorrect product along with your order details to fragrancegallerylabofficial@gmail.com.

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
